If you have already registered with the practice for antenatal care, and have chosen shared care between the hospital and GP for your pregnancy care,  please choose this option. If you are booking your first visit for antenatal care (to confirm the pregnancy), or if you are attending for private antenatal care, please choose the "GP Consultation" option instead. 

Antenatal Check-Up

Please only choose this option if you have already registered with the practice for antenatal/postnatal care, and have chosen shared care between the hospital and GP for your pregnancy care. For other maternity care visits, please choose "GP Consultation".

Postnatal Check-Up at 2 weeks

Postnatal Check-Up at 6 weeks

Injection only (Prolia, B12, Depo-Provera, Hormone injection etc)

This is for one dose of Shingrix vaccine. To complete vaccination, a second dose will be required two to four months after the first dose. 

Shingles Vaccination

Recommended by the HSE for all patients at 65 and older. 

Pneumonia Vaccination

Includes examination and tests as appropriate (urine test, swab tests, blood tests).
